Works really well and the 20 pack is great value. Knocked one star because the effect seems slightly variable for me depending on what i've eaten. Still consistently good though and i'd recommend them.
These work to a degree — i can feel a boost in energy and confidence. But the effect on actual performance is fairly mild for me compared to what i was expecting. The natural formula is reassuring and there are no side effects. Just didn't deliver the strong results i was hoping for. Might work better for others.
